15 mud paintings on a Bihar's school walls will blow your mind

Each year, Niranjana Public Welfare School, located in a remove village of Sujata in Bihar, organizes the Wall Art Festival where participants from Japan and India create amazing Mud Paintings on its walls. The artists spend about 3 weeks in the village and collect soil from various places in the village and mix it with water to make pigments.

The Wall Art Festival started when some 50 students from Tokyo's Gakugei University donated money to an NGO in India to construct a new school building for Niranjana Public Welfare School near Bodhgaya. Renowned artist Yusuke Asai has participated in the Wall Art festival 3 years in a row.

The Wall Art Festival has helped the school a lot and within a span of 4 years, some 400 students have enrolled for studies. Here are the pictures:
